Who we are looking for
You do not need to be Jewish or have previous Montessori experience to work at Pearl. What matters most is your alignment with our values and your willingness to learn
- Hold relevant early childhood qualifications (or are working towards them).
- Are curious about or experienced in Montessori education.
- Are committed to respectful, relational practice with children and families.
- Value diversity, inclusion and cultural humility, and are open to Jewish life being part of the centre’s rhythm.
- Enjoy reflective practice, teamwork and ongoing learning.
- Want to be part of a small, community-focused service where your contribution matters.
