Pearl Montessori is a warm, community-based early learning centre in North Bondi for children 12 months to 5 years, offering a Montessori program enriched with Jewish life in an inclusive environment.

We are an authentic Montessori environment, with mixed-age classrooms, long uninterrupted work cycles, hands-on Montessori materials, and educators trained in Montessori philosophy and practice.

Our learning spaces are calm, welcoming and thoughtfully prepared. Every material has a place (and a purpose!) and children know where to find what they need, and how to put it away when they’re done. Indoors and out, our environments are designed for movement, choice, and engagement.
Our educators are deeply attuned to each child and work as a close-knit team. They observe closely, stepping in with just the right support at just the right moment. Rather than direct instruction, we offer guidance that helps children build skills, solve problems, and take pride in their growth.
Social and emotional learning is embedded in everything we do. From pouring drinks and preparing food to resolving social challenges, real-life experiences are at the heart of learning. Courtesy and emotional awareness are woven into everyday routines.
